Dr. Shahnaz Bonyanpoor
 Dr.
Shahnaz Bonyanpoor is a graduate of the University of
Shiraz and received her graduate degree in Pediatric
Dentistry from Boston University's Goldman School of
Graduate Dentistry. She has been working exclusively
with children for 30 years. Dr. Bonyanpoor is a teaching
faculty member at the University of Southern California
and Loma Linda University.
Her emphasis on patient comfort, as well as keeping
up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric
dentistry (specifically in the areas of dental
prevention and child behavior management), enable her to
provide your child with the best quality of care in the
field. Dr. Bonyanpoor has a wide range of experience in
different areas of Pedodontics, from preventative
dentistry to providing parent education on children's
dental health, nutrition and fluoride and the
establishment and maintenance of healthy dental habits.

smile needs.

In her free time Dr. Bonyanpoor enjoys playing piano,
listening to music, practicing yoga, hiking, reading,
and spending time with daughters Yasmin and Nilu, who
work in the fields of theatre and music, respectively.

Dr. Laura McCormack
 Dr. Laura McCormack received her Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in
Biological Science from University of California, Santa Barbara, and her
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loma Linda University, She
proceeded directly into a specialty residency-training program receiving
her Masters of Science in Dentistry (MO) and Certificate in Pediatric
Dentistry from Loma Linda University.
Successfully completing the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
written exam, Dr, McCormack is a member of the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry,
Tri-County Dental Society, and American Dental Association. She also
hails recognition from the National Dental Honor Society, and awards for
professionalism and academic merit from the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry and Loma Linda University.
In her spare time, Dr. McCormack enjoys running, reading, and
travelling with her husband Tim. Through Dental mission trips, she
volunteers her time to young people in areas such as the Caribbean and
north of the Arctic Circle, assuring that children around the world have
access to healthy teeth. She is a native speaker of both English and
Spanish.
Dr. McCormack comes from a renowned family of
dentists and always knew she would work with children.
Dr. McCormack is committed to changing the lives of

Our team consists of passionate individuals who are kind, friendly,
and caring. Our staff is here to ensure a pleasant experience during
your child’s visits to our office.
Our team includes experienced and energetic people
whose goal is to communicate well with both you and your
child to provide the best care possible. Our dental
staff are licensed Registered Dental Assistants, some of
whom have privileges at Children’s Hospital of Orange
County and Saint Joseph’s Hospital.
